Artistically Revealing The Spirit Richmond Futch Jr., fine artist Artistically Revealing The Spirit Richmond Futch Jr. started painting as a young boy, recognized by a RCSD teacher of his untapped talent Richmond was entered into a special art program for one year of private study at the Rochester Museum of Art. He continued on to attend evening art classes at East High, the "All of Us" art program. Richmond is also schooled in the art of Bonsai Trees. However the majority of his training has been self-taught. Richmond has become known in the Christian world as a Worship Painter. As an ordained minister Richmond flows in the prophetic through his work. He has study hearing the “Voice of God” under the leadership of Bob & Kathy Campbell of Harvest Fellowship in Geneseo, NY. In 2006 the Holy Spirit birth A.R.T.S Artistically Revealing The Spirit through Richmond. A.R.T.S is a ministry that promotes the recovery of the imagination and creativity. This ministry allows you to practice and learn that art is a basic form of prophecy that God is restoring to His kingdom. Even though ARTS is a Christian based ministry it maintains the ability to bridge the church and the community at large to serve as a catalyst in the process of social and emotionally healing. Richmond has conducted seminars on the effectiveness of healing through the arts. He has been featured in several articles in the Democrat and Chronicle. His work is known throughout the USA. Every 1st Tuesday of the month the A.R.T.S ministry offers a prophetic worship-painting workshop at A.R.T.S. Gallery at Aviv Cafe. A gifted servant of God, Richmond uses his gift of art to Worship. Watercolor, acrylic, pencil, collage and mixed media are his instruments of praise to his Lord.
